My standard rate has a $150 minimum per cleaning. Plan customers get $100 off per cleaning (quarterly) or $50 off (biannual). On smaller jobs where that discount would bring the price below $150, I switch to a flat 20% off for quarterly or 10% off for biannual — so the savings are always real regardless of job size.
